Chicken liver and cognac pate, served with an apple and cranberry combination chutney and Scottish oatcakes
Duo of traditional Marie rose prawn cocktail and scrumptious Scottish smoked salmon served with a zesty lemon wedge
Roast turkey breast sliced with traditional pork and onion stuffing, chipolatas, honey roasted veg, sprouts and pancetta, and a roast turkey gravy
Roasted sirloin of beef served with all the traditional Christmas trimmings in a rich and flavoursome red wine sauce
Oven roasted Scottish salmon with crayfish and a snappy chive sauce
