Pecorino cheese & sweet onion tartlet served with baby gem lettuce, mixed nuts & balsamic dressing (v)
Assiette of Atlantic Prawns with Maltese mayonnaise & Scottish smoked salmon, avocado dressing
French campagne terrine, red onion marmalade served with walnut bread

Stay overnight from only £42.00 per person, per night sharing twin/double room, bed & breakfast. Upgrade to executive/club rooms from an additional £12.50 per person, per night. Single room supplement of £30 per night applies.
